OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF QUEBEC) WHO ARE OVER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE AT THE DATE OF ENTRY.  BY ENTERING THESE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW AND YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND TO AGREE TO BE BOUND UNCONDITIONALLY BY THESE RULES (THE “RULES”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor: The sponsor of this “Jobber Keys to Growth Giveaways” (the “Sweepstakes”) is Octopusapp Inc. (d/b/a Jobber) (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes are only open to those who register by Opting In within the Entry Period (see section 4 below) and entries can be earned in four ways: by Opting In to the Sweepstakes (see section 5(a) below; by completing Qualifying Feature Activations (see section 5(b) below); by completing a Successful Referral (see section 5(c) below); or by submitting an Alternative Entry (defined below). The Sweepstakes are open to residents of the United States and Canada (with the exception of Quebec) who are over the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and are void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, suppliers, their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the participant (“You” or “Entrant”) agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on September 23, 2026 at 11:30 a.m ET and ends on December 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET(the “Entry Period”). Anyone who signs up to participate in the sweepstakes by Opting In during the Entry Period will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes.  Sweepstakes registrations via Opting In submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Entries are earned only in respect of a Qualifying Feature Activation, Referrals Trial or Referrals Conversion completed or occurring within the Entry Period and on or after Opting In (see Section 5). No entries are credited retroactively upon Opting In.How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by having an AHR badge scanned by a member of staff of the Sponsor, or by using the online form provided at https://getjobber.com/events/AHR. The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules of the Sweepstakes, Your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
5. How to Enter:
   1. The Sweepstakes must be entered by opting in to the sweepstakes through the Jobber App or Jobber Online once logged in (“Opting In”). The Sweepstakes is visible only to the account owner and administrators of a Jobber account (the “Entrant Business“), any of whom may opt in; other users of the Entrant Business, such as field workers or users with limited permissions, will not see the Sweepstakes (including the In-Product Count). For Online Entries, and regardless of who opts in or whose actions generate the entries, all entries associated with an Entrant Business are credited to the account owner of the Entrant Business, who is the Entrant in respect of those entries and the only person eligible to be selected as, and to be, the Winner in respect of those entries. Subject to Section 6, entries are limited to the following (collectively, the “Online Entries”): 
      1. Sweepstakes Opt-in
         1. fifty (50) entries will be provided to an Entrant who opts into the Sweepstakes;
      2. Qualifying Feature Activations
         1. seventy-five (75) entries will be provided to an Entrant who completes a Set-Up Feature Activation from the Qualifying Feature Activations;
         2. one hundred (100) entries will be provided to an Entrant who completes a Foundational Feature Activation from the Qualifying Feature Activations; 
         3. one hundred fifty (150) entries will be provided to an Entrant who completes an Operational Feature Activation from the Qualifying Feature Activations;
         4. two hundred (200) entries will be provided to an Entrant who completes an Advanced Feature Activation from the Qualifying Feature Activation
      3. Successful Referrals
         1. two hundred fifty (250) entries will be provided to an Entrant who starts a Referrals Trial; and
         2. five hundred (500) entries will be provided to an Entrant who completes a Referrals Conversion
   2. Feature Activations.
      1. The specific in-product actions that qualify as an Set-up Feature Activation, Foundational Feature Activation, Operational Feature Activation, or Advanced Feature Activation, and the number of entries earned for each, are set out in Appendix A (Qualifying Feature Activations) (each, a “Qualifying Feature Activation”). If You complete one or more of the qualifying actions described in Appendix A during the Entry Period and on or after Opting In, You will earn the number of entries corresponding to that action as set out in Appendix A. For clarity, qualifying actions completed during the Entry Period but before Opting In will not be eligible to earn entries, and no entries will be credited retroactively upon Opting In. A Qualifying Feature Activation completed by any user of the Entrant Business’s Jobber account during the Entry Period and on or after Opting In earns entries, and all such entries are credited to the account owner of the Entrant Business as the Entrant. Entries are earned only for qualifying actions completed in accordance with Appendix A, and each Qualifying Feature Activation earns entries only once unless expressly stated otherwise in Appendix A. Each Qualifying Feature Activation may earn entries only once per Entrant Business account, regardless of how many times the underlying action is completed, reversed, undone, re-performed, or re-displayed to You (including where an action is displayed or re-displayed to You following a change to Your subscription plan, or where You completed the action before it was displayed to You or before it formed part of Your available actions). Repeating, reversing, or re-performing a Qualifying Feature Activation will not earn You any further entries. For greater certainty, Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion whether a Qualifying Feature Activation has been completed and whether entries have been earned, and Sponsor’s records will be final and determinative.
      2. The actions available to You for earning entries depend on Your Jobber subscription plan and may change if Your plan changes. If You upgrade Your plan, additional actions for which You become eligible may be added to Your list of available actions, and You may earn entries by completing them. If You downgrade Your plan, actions for which You are no longer eligible may be removed from Your list of available actions; however, any entries You validly earned before the change, including from actions completed under Your prior plan, will be retained and remain eligible. If You cancel Your subscription, or Your account enters hibernation, entries You validly earned prior to such cancellation or hibernation will be retained and remain eligible. For clarity, entries earned before any change to Your plan or subscription status remain as earned, and any change will apply only to Your eligibility to earn entries going forward.
   3. Successful Referrals.
      1. You may earn entries by referring, or by any user of Your Entrant Business’s Jobber account referring, a bona fide peer business that is not currently, and has not within the past three (3) years been, a Jobber customer to Jobber in accordance with the Rules (each such Jobber customer, a “Referee” and each such successful referral, a “Successful Referral”). 
      2. You will earn entries where a Referee starts a Jobber trial within the Entry Period and on or after Opting In (“Referrals Trial“), and additional entries where that Referee subsequently becomes a paying Jobber subscriber within the Entry Period and on or after Opting In (“Referrals Conversion“), in each case only where: (1) the referral is validly attributed to You through Your unique referral link or referral code; or (2) the referral is validly attributed to any users from Your Entrant Business’ account. For clarity, a Referrals Trial or Referrals Conversion occurring before Opting In will not be eligible to earn entries, and no entries will be credited retroactively upon Opting In. Where a Referrals Trial occurs before Opting In and the corresponding Referrals Conversion occurs on or after Opting In and within the Entry Period, entries will be earned for the Referrals Conversion only. A referral may be made in any of the following ways: (a) the Referee signs up using Your or a user of Your Entrant Business’ account’s referral link; (b) You or a user of Your Entrant Business’ account provide Your or a user of Your Entrant Business’ account’s referral code to the Referee, who manually applies it to their account via their Billing page; or (c) You or a user of Your Entrant Business’ account submit the Referee’s contact information to Jobber through the “Refer and Earn” page, and Jobber contacts the Referee, in which case Your or a user of Your Entrant Business’ account’s referral code will be automatically attached to the Referee’s account if they start a trial. Entries are earned only where the qualifying trial or conversion is completed during the Entry Period and on or after Opting In and is validly attributed to You or to Your Entrant Business’ account through the applicable referral link or referral code. 
      3. Entrants can earn: (1) 250 entries for every Referral Trial (as set out in Section 5(a) above), up to a maximum limit of 50 Successful Referrals for Referral Trials, equaling a maximum of 12,500 entries; and (2) 500 entries for every Referrals Conversion (as set out in Section 5(a) above), up to a maximum limit of 50 Successful Referrals for Referrals Conversions, equaling a maximum of 25,000 entries (each such limit, a “Referrals Limit”). Each Referrals Limit applies in aggregate to the Entrant Business account, taking into account all Successful Referrals made by any user of such account, and does not apply separately to each user. A trial that does not earn a Referrals Trial entry because the trial Referrals Limit has already been reached can still earn a Referrals Conversion entry if that Referee later converts, up to the conversion Referrals Limit. For example, if fifty (50) of Your Referees have already started trials and you have reached the trial Referrals Limit, a fifty-first Referee’s trial earns no Referrals Trial entry, but if that Referee converts to a paying subscriber (in accordance with these Rules), You earn a Referrals Conversion entry (provided the conversion Referrals Limit has not been reached).
      4. You must have obtained the Referee’s consent before referring them, and self-referrals do not qualify. For clarity, a referral does not qualify where the Referee is the Entrant Business, any user of the Entrant Business’s account, or any business under common ownership or control with the Entrant Business. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, reject or void any referral or entry, withhold or deduct entries, and disqualify You, where the Sponsor reasonably believes a referral or entry results from fraud, self-referral, fake, duplicate, or automated accounts, referrals made without the Referee’s genuine consent, bots or bulk or automated methods, incentivizing or misleading Referees, or any other abuse of, or attempt to circumvent, these Rules.
   4. The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Limit of 41,750 entries per person (the “Aggregate Cap”). You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Rules. If You use or the Sponsor suspects You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules of the Sweepstakes, Your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Alternative Entry Method: If you do not enter the Sweepstakes by registering for the sweepstakes via Opting In, completing the Qualifying Feature Activations, or completing Successful Referrals during the Entry Period but still want to participate in the Sweepstakes, you may enter by submitting a unique 500-word essay describing the impact Jobber has had on your business (the “Alternative Entry”). Any eligible individual may submit an Alternative Entry in their own individual capacity, and not on behalf of any business, including an employee or administrator of an Entrant Business. However, an owner of an Entrant Business earns entries only through, and as, that Entrant Business, and may not also enter as an individual through the Alternative Entry Method. The Alternative Entry must be submitted via mail to Octopusapp Inc. dba Jobber with a mailing address of 200 Wellington St W, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M5V 3C7. and with the headline Jobber Keys to Growth Giveaways and must include your full name, and email address. The Alternative Entry should be your original, unique work and comply with the Rules. Alternative Entries are subject to verification and may be declared invalid or disqualified, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically or automatically generated or reproduced, duplicated, forged, falsified, altered, or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules. You will receive two hundred and fifty (250) for each Alternative Entry submitted to Jobber. For clarity: (a) multiple Alternative Entries submitted in a single envelope, as applicable, shall be deemed one (1) entry; (b) the Alternative Entries must otherwise comply with the Rules. Each person may submit Alternative Entries up to the number of entries needed to reach the Aggregate Cap when combined with any Online Entries. For clarity, an Entrant who has earned fewer Online Entries (including because certain Qualifying Feature Activations were not available to that Entrant, and including an Entrant who has earned no Online Entries) may submit Alternative Entries sufficient to reach the Aggregate Cap.  The same eligibility, entry period, entry limit, winner selection, prize, winner notification, privacy, and general conditions as regular entries apply to the Alternative Entries. Alternative Entries may not be reflected in the ballot count displayed to You within the Jobber Online (the “In-Product Count”), and the In-Product Count may therefore differ from Your total number of eligible entries. In addition, for clarity, the In-Product Count is for convenience only and the Sponsor’s records govern the number of entries attributed to each Entrant. All valid Alternative Entries will be separately recorded by the Sponsor and included in the applicable random draw, and the Sponsor’s records will govern the number of entries attributed to each Entrant. The Alternative Entry must be postmarked by the end of the Entry Period (or, if the end of the Entry Period falls on a Sunday or postal holiday, by the immediately following business day) and received no later than 4 business days after the end of the Entry Period to be considered.
7. Prizes:
   1. The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (each, a “Winner”) will receive the prize(s) set out here:
      1. Three (3) Winners will receive $10,000 USD cash in Draw One. 
      2. Two (2) Winners will receive $25,000 USD cash in Draw Two. 
      3. One (1) Winner will receive:
         1. a new 2026 Ford-F150 Lariat (approximately valued at $59,560 USD) or, at the Winner’s sole choice and election, cash alternative of equal value to the cost of the vehicle (the “Vehicle Prize”); and 
         2. if a U.S. resident, one Force Fleet TrakView Dashcam (approximately valued at $299 USD) (“Force Fleet Dash Cam”) and one twelve (12) month Force Fleet subscription (approximately valued at $480 USD) (“Force Fleet Subscription”) (such Force Fleet Dash Cam and Force Fleet Subscription, the “Force Fleet Prize”), in each case supplied by Moj.io., Inc. (“Force Fleet”), subject to the Force Fleet Prize Conditions below, or, if a Canadian resident, a digital Visa gift card with a value of $779 USD, (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The Winner must make the Vehicle Prize election at the time the prize is claimed, and once made the election is final and binding.
   2. Sponsor reserves the right to add prizes and/or open the Sweepstakes to more than one Winner. All Winners assume any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering, participating in these Sweepstakes or the use or redemption of a prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value, except as expressly provided in these Rules. Prizes or any portion of a prize cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
8. Value:
   1. Actual or appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. Except as expressly provided in these Rules, no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Except as expressly provided in these Rules, substitution of the prize or transfer or assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state/provincial, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   2. Vehicle Prize Conditions. The Vehicle Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Winner has no right to select, request, or specify the make, model, colour, trim, configuration, options, features, or dealership. Except for sales tax on the Vehicle Prize, Winner is solely responsible for all duties, taxes, costs, and fees associated with the receipt, ownership, and use of the Vehicle Prize, including without limitation title, vehicle registration and documentation fees, licensing, freight, insurance, fuel, maintenance, and any additional equipment or upgrades. The Winner will not be eligible for any manufacturer or dealer cash rebate programs. The Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle Prize at a location designated by the Sponsor at an authorized Ford dealership near the Winner, and any fees or expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with the pickup or retrieval of the Vehicle Prize at that location are the Winner’s sole responsibility. The Sponsor will not provide transportation to the pickup location. Following the Sponsor’s receipt of the Winner’s fully executed Declaration of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver, the Sponsor will issue a notice that the Vehicle Prize is available for pickup (the “Delivery Notice“). The Winner must take possession of the Vehicle Prize within fifteen (15) days of the Delivery Notice, or within such shorter or longer period as the Sponsor may specify in the Delivery Notice (including to reflect any holding period imposed by the dealership or other prize provider), failing which the prize will be forfeited with no liability to the Sponsor. The Winner bears all risk of loss or damage to the Vehicle Prize after it has been delivered to the designated location. As a condition of taking possession, the Winner must provide a government-issued picture identification (such as a driver’s license). The Vehicle Prize may not meet safety or emissions requirements in all states, provinces, territories, or municipalities; the Winner is solely responsible for confirming and complying with the applicable requirements in their jurisdiction. Neither the Sponsor, nor the vehicle manufacturer makes, and each disclaims, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Vehicle Prize, including without limitation any warranty of quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose; the Vehicle Prize is provided “AS IS.” The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a different colour, trim, configuration, or model year, or, if the vehicle is unavailable, to award a cash alternative in an amount equal to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of the specified vehicle (or, if that is not reasonably ascertainable, the approximate retail value of the Vehicle Prize stated in these Rules), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
   3. Force Fleet Prize Conditions. The Force Fleet Dash Cam requires an active Force Fleet Subscription. The Force Fleet Prize is provided, fulfilled, and/or shipped directly by Force Fleet, and not by the Sponsor. The Force Fleet Dash Cam and the first twelve (12) months of the Force Fleet Subscription are provided by Force Fleet at no charge to the Winner. The Sponsor does not supply, fund, or administer the Force Fleet Subscription. Receipt of the Force Fleet Prize is subject to the Winner satisfying Force Fleet’s own account and sign-up requirements, as determined by Force Fleet, which may include creating or maintaining a Force Fleet account, accepting Force Fleet’s terms of service and privacy policy (which are separate from and in addition to these Rules), and providing a valid payment method and any other information Force Fleet requires. The Winner must satisfy these requirements within the time specified by the Sponsor. If the Winner does not do so, or does not accept Force Fleet’s terms, the Force Fleet Prize will be forfeited in its entirety, with no substitution, cash alternative, or other compensation, and without liability to the Sponsor; forfeiture of the Force Fleet Prize does not affect the Winner’s entitlement to the Vehicle Prize. AFTER THE FIRST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, THE FORCE FLEET SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS AND FORCE FLEET WILL CHARGE THE PAYMENT METHOD THE WINNER PROVIDED AT SIGN-UP, AT FORCE FLEET’S THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATES, UNTIL THE WINNER CANCELS. THE WINNER MAY CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH FORCE FLEET’S THEN-CURRENT CANCELLATION PROCESS, AND CANCELLATION IS SOLELY THE WINNER’S RESPONSIBILITY. All amounts charged after the first twelve (12) months are the Winner’s sole responsibility. The Winner is also solely responsible for installation, activation, and any equipment, data, or usage charges, and for confirming that the Force Fleet Dash Cam and Force Fleet Subscription may lawfully be used in the Winner’s jurisdiction. THE FORCE FLEET PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” NEITHER THE SPONSOR NOR FORCE FLEET MAKES, AND EACH DISCLAIMS, ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO THE FORCE FLEET PRIZE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR SERVICE. Any claim relating to the Force Fleet Dash Cam or the Force Fleet Subscription must be directed to Force Fleet. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a component of equal or greater value or award a cash alternative if the Force Fleet Prize becomes unavailable.
9. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Skill-testing Question. If a selected Entrant is Canadian, they will be required, as a condition of winning a prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the Sponsor’s time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered through the Release (as defined below).
11. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random draw on October 19, 2026 (“Draw One”), November 16, 2026 (“Draw Two”), and December 18, 2026 (“Grand Prize Draw”). under the supervision of the Sponsor. No Entrant may win more than one prize (“One-Prize Limit”). Accordingly, an Entrant who is selected and confirmed as a Winner in Draw One is not eligible to win Draw Two or the Grand Prize Draw, and an Entrant selected and confirmed as a Winner in Draw Two is not eligible to win the Grand Prize Draw. For greater certainty, a prior Winner may continue to earn and accumulate entries, but those entries or ballots will not be eligible for selection in any later draw. To be eligible for a particular draw, an entry must be received by Sponsor on or before the applicable cut-off date. Entries will accumulate and carry forward from draw to draw automatically. Subject to the One-Prize Limit set out above, all of an Entrant’s entries will remain eligible for each subsequent draw. For Online Entries, the cut-off is 11:59 p.m. ET on October 13, 2026 for Draw One, November 10, 2026 for Draw Two, and December 14, 2026 for the Grand Prize Draw) (each, a “Cut-off Date”). Alternative Entries must be postmarked no later than the same Cut-off Date that applies to Online Entries for the applicable draw and must be received by the Sponsor before the applicable draw is conducted. Entries received after the applicable Cut-off Date will not be eligible for that draw. The Winner must have recorded ballots to be eligible to win. The Winner will be notified: (a) within seven (7) business days of the winner selection for Draw One and Draw Two; and (b) by January 22, 2027 of the winner selection for the Grand Prize Draw (collectively, the “Winner Notification Timeframes”). For clarity, these Winner Notification Timeframes apply to the initial selected winner for each draw. Where a selected winner is disqualified, is ineligible, forfeits, or fails to respond to or claim the applicable Prize, and an alternate entrant is selected as an eligible winner in accordance with these Rules, the alternate entrant may be notified after the applicable Winner Notification Timeframe set out above. The Sponsor shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of any prize offered in this Sweepstake is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
12. Release:  Before being declared the Winner, the selected Entrant will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release form (the “Release”), indicating that the selected Entrant: (a) has complied and agrees to comply with these Rules; (b) accepts the prize as offered; (c) will keep their winning notification confidential until notified by Sponsor; (d) releases Sponsor, its agents, employees, contractors, prize providers (including Force Fleet), and any other parties to be added to the Release in Sponsor’s sole discretion (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use, misuse, or awarding of the prize; (e) indemnifies the Released Parties from any and all losses that Sponsor may incur arising out of any act or omission by the Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes or the prize; (f) if awarded the Force Fleet Prize, acknowledges the Force Fleet Prize Conditions, including that Force Fleet will bill the Winner’s payment method monthly after the first twelve (12) months of the Force Fleet Subscription unless cancelled in accordance with Force Fleet’s then-current cancellation policies; and (g) except where prohibited by law, acknowledges Sponsor’s and its authorized representatives’ right to publish and/or broadcast the Winner’s name and/or statements without further compensation other than the prize offered. The wording of the Release will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor may also add such other terms and conditions to the Release as Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may deem necessary. The selected Entrant must return the Release by the date indicated on the document. If the Release is not returned on time, or is returned as non-deliverable or if the selected Entrant is Canadian and fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or is disqualified for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited and another Entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries until the prize is successfully awarded. If You are selected as a Winner, You may also be asked to participate in certain promotional activities in connection with the Sweepstakes, such as interviews, written or verbal statements or testimonials, photos, video or audio content, and/or written content such as community or forum posts including the Home Service Community, whether provided in writing or recorded remotely or in person, and You may be required to confirm or expand upon these permissions in the Release.
13. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering these Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to record, capture, photograph, film, edit, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, redistribute, publish, broadcast or otherwise use and display in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, Your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, any photographs, audio, video, or other recordings of You (including recordings of the notification and announcement of Your winning status, whether captured by telephone, video call, or in person), statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical and business information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. 
14. Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy found at https://getjobber.com/privacy-policy. If You are awarded the Force Fleet Prize, You consent to the Sponsor disclosing Your name, email address, telephone number, and address to Force Fleet and its service providers for the purpose of fulfilling the Force Fleet Prize. Force Fleet is an independent third party and its own privacy policy and terms govern its collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information, including any information You provide directly to Force Fleet and any payment information You provide at sign-up.
15. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Rules at any time, to add, remove or substitute prizes and cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part including in the event that a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a Winner(s) from eligible entries received before or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, prize suppliers (including Force Fleet) representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (vi) printing errors; or (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
17. Disclaimers: The prizes are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties, either express, implied, or statutory. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sponsor does not warrant or guarantee the quality, licensing, or suitability of the prizes, including any prize or prize component supplied or fulfilled by a third party, such as the Force Fleet Prize, or the continued availability or functionality of any such prize.
18. Disputes: These Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of Canada to apply.  By participating in these Sweepstakes, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Canada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
19. Winners List: To request a copy of the Winner(s) list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
20. No Endorsement.  These Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Ford Motor Company, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that You are providing Your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Ford Motor Company, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social networks. Force Fleet is the supplier of the Force Fleet Prize only. The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by the Sponsor, who is responsible for entry processing, the draws, winner selection, and these Rules; any claim relating to the Force Fleet Prize must be directed to Force Fleet.
21. Intellectual Property. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsor. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of the Sponsor’s intellectual property without the express written consent of the Sponsor is strictly prohibited.
22. Force Majeure. In the event of a strike, lockout, labour dispute, work stoppage, postal disruption, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures in the administration of the Sweepstakes including the receipt or processing of any mail-in entries.
23. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You confirm that you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Rules, and terms and conditions. These Rules are the full and governing terms of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Rules and any other description of or reference to the Sweepstakes, including any abbreviated or short-form rules, any in-product summaries, ballot or entry counts, or displays (including any sweepstakes page within Jobber), any advertising or promotional materials, or any translation of these Rules, these Rules shall prevail, govern, and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
