Jobber Bookkeeping Program Terms
Last Updated Date: September 22, 2026
These terms and conditions (the “Bookkeeping Terms” or this “Agreement”) govern any and all use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, as they may be updated by Jobber from time to time in accordance with Section 15. These terms are supplemental to the Jobber Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which bind all users of the Website, App, and Service. Capitalized terms not defined in these Bookkeeping Terms have the meanings given in the Jobber Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency between the Jobber Terms of Service and these Bookkeeping Terms, these Bookkeeping Terms shall prevail with respect to the Jobber Bookkeeping Service.
1. Overview.
The Jobber Bookkeeping Service is a white-labeled bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping solution which assists Users with categorizing transactions and expenses, reconciling financial records, and generating financial reports, and such other related bookkeeping features or tools which Jobber may introduce or make available from time to time (the “Jobber Bookkeeping Service”). The Jobber Bookkeeping Service is provided to Jobber in part by a third party service provider (the “Bookkeeping Provider”) and is made available to Users in good standing, and at the sole discretion of Jobber at all times. References to service providers in the rest of these Bookkeeping Terms include the Bookkeeping Provider.
Bookkeeping activities within the Jobber Bookkeeping Service are performed using a combination of automated tools and bookkeeping personnel engaged by the Bookkeeping Provider. Such personnel are not certified public accountants, chartered professional accountants, licensed tax preparers, or lawyers, and do not act in any such capacity in connection with the Jobber Bookkeeping Service.
Jobber is not an accounting firm, bookkeeping firm, tax preparer, licensed accountant, financial advisor, or financial institution, and does not hold itself out as any of the foregoing. Jobber is instead a supplier of the Service and the Jobber Bookkeeping Service as further described in these Bookkeeping Terms.
Jobber reserves the right to collect certain additional information from Users from time to time in order to provide the Jobber Bookkeeping Service. You agree to provide all requested information to Jobber in a timely manner and acknowledge you may not be able to access or use the Jobber Bookkeeping Service until you provide such information. Information on the current fees for Users who are registered for the Jobber Bookkeeping Service can be found in the billing section of your account and see further Fees in Section 14 below.
2. Registration and Eligibility.
By ordering, registering for, enabling, or using the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, you agree to be bound by these Bookkeeping Terms and acknowledge that you have read the Jobber Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not enable or use the Jobber Bookkeeping Service.
The Jobber Bookkeeping Service may only be used for business purposes. You agree not to use the Jobber Bookkeeping Service for personal, household, or family purposes, or for the purpose of any business other than the business you used to register for the Services. The Jobber Bookkeeping Service is available only in the jurisdictions in which Jobber makes it available, and Jobber may restrict or discontinue availability by jurisdiction or other criteria at any time.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account in connection with the Jobber Bookkeeping Service. By assigning permissions to users on your account to access bookkeeping features, you are granting them access to all available Jobber Bookkeeping Service features as set out herein or as may be updated from time to time, including access to your financial records and connected financial accounts. It is your responsibility to ensure that only authorized users are granted such permissions.
3. NO PROFESSIONAL, ACCOUNTING, TAX, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.
WHILE BOOKKEEPING ACTIVITIES MAY BE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED BOOKKEEPING PERSONNEL AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 JOBBER, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DO NOT PROVIDE, AND THE JOBBER BOOKKEEPING SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE, ANY LEGAL, FINANCIAL, ACCOUNTING, AUDIT, ASSURANCE, TAX, BOOKKEEPING CERTIFICATION, INVESTMENT, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OR ADVICE. NO OUTPUT, REPORT, CATEGORIZATION, RECONCILIATION, SUMMARY, OR COMMUNICATION PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE JOBBER BOOKKEEPING SERVICE IS A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE ADVICE OF A QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT, BOOKKEEPER, TAX PROFESSIONAL, LAWYER, OR OTHER LICENSED PROFESSIONAL, AND NO SUCH OUTPUT CONSTITUTES AN AUDIT, REVIEW, ATTESTATION, COMPILATION, OR ASSURANCE ENGAGEMENT OF ANY KIND.
You are solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice with respect to your financial records, financial statements, tax positions, filings, and regulatory obligations, and for any decision you make in reliance on the Jobber Bookkeeping Service. No fiduciary, advisory, accountant-client, or professional relationship is created between you and Jobber, its affiliates, or its suppliers or service providers by your use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service.
4. AI COMPONENTS AND OUTPUTS.
THE JOBBER BOOKKEEPING SERVICE MAY CONTAIN OR BE SUPPORTED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, MACHINE LEARNING, OR AUTOMATED DECISIONING COMPONENTS (“AI COMPONENTS”), INCLUDING FOR THE AUTOMATED CATEGORIZATION OF TRANSACTIONS AND EXPENSES, MATCHING, RECONCILIATION, AND THE GENERATION OF SUMMARIES AND REPORTS (“OUTPUTS”). OUTPUTS ARE GENERATED PROBABILISTICALLY AND MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUT OF DATE, INAPPLICABLE, OR INAPPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD NOT RELY SOLELY ON THE OUTPUTS AND MUST REVIEW ALL OUTPUTS FOR ACCURACY AND APPROPRIATENESS BEFORE RELYING ON THEM, INCLUDING BEFORE FILING, SUBMITTING, PUBLISHING, OR OTHERWISE USING THEM FOR ANY TAX, ACCOUNTING, LENDING, REGULATORY, OR OTHER PURPOSE. JOBBER, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF THE AI COMPONENTS AND THE OUTPUTS.
You acknowledge and agree that (a) human review of Outputs by you is a required part of your use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service; (b) Outputs may not be reproducible and identical or similar inputs may produce different Outputs; and (c) the Jobber Bookkeeping Service and any Customer Support Services described in Section 10 cannot be relied upon to detect or discover errors, omissions, fraud, misappropriation, or other irregularities in your data, and no verification or audit of your data is performed.
5. License and Ownership.
Subject to your compliance with these Bookkeeping Terms and the Jobber Terms of Service, Jobber grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Jobber Bookkeeping Service during the term of your subscription, solely for your own internal business purposes.
You receive no title to, ownership of, or any copy of the underlying software, platform, models, or systems used to provide the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, whether owned by Jobber or by its suppliers or service providers, and no rights other than those expressly granted in this Section 5. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Jobber and its suppliers and service providers.
6. Restrictions and User Covenants.
You will not, and will not permit any third party or any user on your account to: (a) gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Jobber Bookkeeping Service or any element thereof, or circumvent or interfere with any authentication or security measures; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service; (c) transmit through the Jobber Bookkeeping Service any software viruses or other harmful or deleterious code, files, scripts, agents, or programs; (d) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover any source code, underlying models, ideas, or algorithms of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly prohibits such restriction; (e) provide, resell, lease, lend, or use the Jobber Bookkeeping Service for service bureau or time-sharing purposes, or make it available to any person other than you and your authorized users; (f) modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works from the Jobber Bookkeeping Service; (g) remove, disable, or limit any technical protections used to manage, monitor, control, analyze, or protect the Jobber Bookkeeping Service; (h) use any application programming interface in a manner inconsistent with the applicable documentation or that adversely affects the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, or that constitutes excessive or abusive usage; (i) use or evaluate the Jobber Bookkeeping Service for the purpose of designing, modifying, or creating any product or service which performs functions similar to the Jobber Bookkeeping Service; or (j) use the Jobber Bookkeeping Service to scrape, harvest, or extract data other than your own data.
You are required to obey all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service. You hereby covenant, represent, and warrant that you will not use the Jobber Bookkeeping Service for any illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity, including to misstate, falsify, or conceal financial records, to evade tax or reporting obligations, or to launder proceeds of crime.
7. Your Data; Your Responsibilities.
You retain ownership of the data, records, documents, and other materials you submit to or generate through the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, including transaction and financial account data (your “Bookkeeping Data”). You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, quality, legality, and reliability of your Bookkeeping Data and of all information you or any third party source connects to your account.
You acknowledge and agree that you remain the party ultimately responsible for your Bookkeeping Data and for your compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, accounting and financial reporting standards, tax filing and remittance obligations, and industry standards, including any obligation to maintain books and records, to retain records for a required period, and to file accurate returns. Jobber and its service providers have no obligation to verify, audit, correct, or supplement your Bookkeeping Data.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, consents, and authority necessary to submit your Bookkeeping Data to the Jobber Bookkeeping Service and to authorize its processing as described in these Bookkeeping Terms and the Jobber Privacy Policy, including with respect to any personal information of your own clients, employees, or contractors contained in it. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent copies and backups of your Bookkeeping Data and records at all times, and for exporting or downloading them regularly. We strongly recommend that you download and retain your own copies of your financial records, reports, and supporting documentation on a regular basis, and not rely on the Jobber Bookkeeping Service as your only or system-of-record copy. You acknowledge that, as set out in the Jobber Terms of Service, Jobber may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate your account or your access to the Service, in whole or in part, and that such suspension, restriction, or termination may result in you being unable to access, export, or download your Bookkeeping Data, whether temporarily or permanently, and may occur without prior notice. Jobber has no obligation to provide access to, export, restore, recover, or reproduce your Bookkeeping Data following any such suspension, restriction, or termination, and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, has no liability to you for any inability to access your Bookkeeping Data or for any resulting loss, including any inability to meet your own record-retention, tax, accounting, audit, or regulatory obligations. Nothing in this Section limits any right you may have under applicable data protection law to access a copy of personal information.
Information Shared Outside the Jobber Platform. You are responsible for how you transmit and share your Bookkeeping Data and other information. If you send, upload, share, or otherwise transmit information outside the Jobber Website, App, or Service — including by email, SMS or other text-based messaging, telephone, facsimile, shared drives or file-sharing services, third-party messaging or collaboration tools, physical delivery, or any other channel not provided by Jobber — you do so at your own risk. Jobber, its affiliates, and its suppliers and service providers are not responsible or liable for the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, retention, or unauthorized access, interception, use, loss, or disclosure of any information transmitted, stored, or shared outside the Jobber Website, App, or Service, and Jobber’s security measures do not extend to such channels or to any system, device, or account not controlled by Jobber. We recommend that you submit and exchange financial records and supporting documentation only through the features made available within the Jobber Bookkeeping Service.
8. Authorization; Data Sharing with Service Providers.
If you subscribe to, use, or in any other way enable directly or indirectly the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, you hereby: (a) acknowledge, consent to, authorize, and instruct Jobber to disclose to the Bookkeeping Provider and to Jobber’s other service providers and sub-processors, and to permit them to access, collect, receive, store, host, use, reproduce, analyze, and otherwise process, any and all information in or relating to your Jobber account that is reasonably necessary or useful to provide, personalize, maintain, support, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Jobber Bookkeeping Service and as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy, including without limitation:
- your Bookkeeping Data, financial records, books, ledgers, financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation;
- transaction, invoice, quote, job, payment, payout, refund, chargeback, fee, subscription, billing, and banking or financial account information, including information relating to connected financial accounts;
- business account and profile information, including your legal and operating name, business structure and registration details, tax identifiers, addresses, industry and service lines, users, roles and permissions, account settings and configuration, account status, and account history;
- contact and identifying information for you, your principals, owners, employees, contractors, and authorized users;
- information relating to your customers, clients, properties, and jobs to the extent it appears in or is derived from your Bookkeeping Data or your use of the Service;
- support interactions, recordings, transcripts, correspondence, notes, annotations, tags, categorizations, and questions between you and Jobber or the Bookkeeping Provider relating to the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, and requests submitted by or on behalf of you or your users;
- usage, log, device, technical, diagnostic, telemetry, performance, and security information relating to your use of the Service and the Jobber Bookkeeping Service; and
- any other information, records, or documentation you or your authorized users submit to, generate in, upload to, or connect to your account, or that Jobber or the Bookkeeping Provider reasonably requires in order to deliver, support, or secure the Jobber Bookkeeping Service.
The categories listed above are illustrative and not exhaustive. Information may be disclosed and processed on an ongoing and automated basis, in both directions between Jobber and the Bookkeeping Provider, and may be derived, enriched, combined, and reconciled with other information in your account for the purposes described in this Section 8.
You further authorize Jobber to collect and access such information from your Jobber account and from any financial account, accounting system, or third-party service you connect to, and to disclose it as described above.
To provide the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, Jobber and the Bookkeeping Provider may use a variety of third party sub-processors — for example, to protect you and Jobber from potentially risky transactions, security threats, or fraud; to perform administrative tasks; to develop and improve our products and the Jobber Bookkeeping Service; to generate analytics; and to build our technical infrastructure. By using the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, you consent to our use of sub-processors, which is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
Neither Jobber nor the Bookkeeping Provider will use your Bookkeeping Data to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any general-purpose machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model except on data that has been aggregated and de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you or any of your customers. For clarity, this does not restrict the use of your Bookkeeping Data on an identifiable basis to provide, personalize, maintain, support, and improve the Jobber Bookkeeping Service for you.
You acknowledge that the disclosures authorized under this Section 8 are a necessary part of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, and that Jobber may be unable to provide the Jobber Bookkeeping Service to you if you withdraw or restrict any authorization given under this Section 8.
9. Third-Party Products and Services.
The Jobber Bookkeeping Service may allow you to access, connect, or integrate your account with third-party products and services, including bank and financial-data aggregation services (for example, Plaid) and third-party accounting software (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). For clarity, Third-Party Services do not include the Jobber Bookkeeping Service itself.
Your access to and use of any Third-Party Service is solely at your discretion and is subject to that third party’s own terms of service and privacy policy, which you must accept directly with that third party before accessing or using the Third-Party Service. You are responsible for reviewing those terms. JOBBER, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER’S INDEPENDENT USE OF DATA YOU ACCESS, STORE, OR DISTRIBUTE VIA A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, AND FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER.
By connecting a Third-Party Service, you authorize Jobber, the Bookkeeping Provider, and that Third-Party Service to exchange your Bookkeeping Data as and to the extent necessary for the interoperability of that service with the Jobber Bookkeeping Service. Jobber may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any integration with a Third-Party Service at any time, and a Third-Party Service provider may change or discontinue its own service or interfaces in a manner that affects interoperability, without liability to Jobber.
10. Customer Support; Scope of Services.
Support for the Jobber Bookkeeping Service is limited to bookkeeping-related product issues, such as questions about transaction or expense categorization, that are intended to facilitate your use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service (the “Customer Support Services”). Support may be delivered by Jobber or, in respect of certain bookkeeping-related matters, by the Bookkeeping Provider on Jobber’s behalf.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE JOBBER BOOKKEEPING SERVICE OR THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES, BUSINESS CONSULTING SERVICES, ACCOUNTING SERVICES, OPERATIONAL ADVICE, PAYROLL SERVICES, SALES TAX RETURNS OR FILINGS OR OTHERWISE CALCULATING SALES TAXES, PREPARATION OF ANY TAX DOCUMENTATION, SENDING OR PAYING BUSINESS INVOICES, FULFILLING ORDERS, OR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGEMENT.
You acknowledge and agree that the Customer Support Services cannot be relied upon to discover errors, fraud, or other irregularities in your Bookkeeping Data, and that your Bookkeeping Data will not be verified or audited. No representation or warranty is made that the Jobber Bookkeeping Service or the Customer Support Services will be appropriate or suitable for your needs or your business, and no particular results are guaranteed. Support response times, where offered, are described in the Jobber support materials made available to you.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE JOBBER BOOKKEEPING SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES, THE AI COMPONENTS, AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND JOBBER, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. IT IS NOT WARRANTED THAT THE JOBBER BOOKKEEPING SERVICE WILL PERFORM WITHOUT ERROR, THAT IT WILL RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, THAT IT WILL BE SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT, CATEGORIZATION, RECONCILIATION, OR REPORT WILL BE TIMELY, ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR COMPLETE, OR WILL COMPLY WITH ANY ACCOUNTING STANDARD OR TAX OR REGULATORY REQUIREMENT APPLICABLE TO YOU.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT WILL JOBBER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR DATA, OR FOR ANY TAX, INTEREST, PENALTY, FINE, ASSESSMENT, REASSESSMENT, ACCOUNTING OR AUDIT COST, RESTATEMENT COST, OR PROFESSIONAL FEE INCURRED BY YOU, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE JOBBER BOOKKEEPING SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES, THE AI COMPONENTS, THE OUTPUTS, ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, OR THESE BOOKKEEPING TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The limitations of liability and the aggregate liability cap set out in the Jobber Terms of Service apply to these Bookkeeping Terms and to the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, and the Jobber Bookkeeping Service does not give rise to a separate or additional cap. Nothing in this Section 12 limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobber, its affiliates, and its suppliers and service providers from and against any losses, costs, expenses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to (a) your Bookkeeping Data or your failure to provide accurate, timely, and complete information; (b) your use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service in breach of these Bookkeeping Terms or applicable law; (c) any claim by your customer, employee, contractor, lender, insurer, auditor, or any governmental or tax authority arising out of your financial records, filings, or reliance on any Output; or (d) your use of any Third-Party Service.
13. Term, Suspension, and Termination.
These Bookkeeping Terms apply from the date you first order, register for, enable, or use the Jobber Bookkeeping Service and continue until your access to the Jobber Bookkeeping Service is terminated or your Jobber account is terminated in accordance with the Jobber Terms of Service.
Jobber may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion, including where required by a supplier or service provider, by applicable law, or where Jobber reasonably suspects a breach of these Bookkeeping Terms or fraudulent, unlawful, or high-risk activity. Jobber may also discontinue the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, or any feature of it, in whole or in part.
Upon termination or suspension of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service or of your account, you must immediately cease all use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service, the underlying platform, and the Customer Support Services. You are responsible for exporting and retaining your Bookkeeping Data prior to termination, and for maintaining your books and records as required by applicable law after termination. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
14. Fees & Taxes.
Fees for the Jobber Bookkeeping Service are as set out in the billing section of your account or on our pricing page, and are subject to change in accordance with the Jobber Terms of Service. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Jobber Terms of Service or as required by applicable law.
15. Updates to these Bookkeeping Terms.
Jobber may update or revise these Bookkeeping Terms from time to time, and the revised Bookkeeping Terms will govern your use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service from the date they are posted on this page, unless a later effective date is stated. Jobber will indicate when these Bookkeeping Terms were last revised by updating the “Last updated date” at the top of this page, and the version posted at that time is the version that governs. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates, and you agree that posting the revised Bookkeeping Terms on this page constitutes sufficient notice to you of the changes. Jobber is not required to provide any other form of notice, except where notice is required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Jobber Bookkeeping Service after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Bookkeeping Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Bookkeeping Terms, you must stop using the Jobber Bookkeeping Service.
16. Third-Party Beneficiary.
You acknowledge and agree that the Bookkeeping Provider is an intended third-party beneficiary of, and may enforce directly against you, the provisions of Sections 3 (No Professional, Accounting, Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice), 4 (AI Components and Outputs), 5 (License and Ownership), 6 (Restrictions and User Covenants), 7 (Your Data; Your Responsibilities), 8 (Authorization; Data Sharing with Service Providers), 9 (Third-Party Products and Services), 10 (Customer Support; Scope of Services), 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Term, Suspension, and Termination), in each case solely to the extent such provisions constitute bookkeeping or accounting product-specific terms. No other person is an intended third-party beneficiary of these Bookkeeping Terms. Except as set out in this Section 16, nothing in these Bookkeeping Terms creates any direct relationship, obligation, or liability between you and the Bookkeeping Provider.
17. General.
The governing law, dispute resolution, notice, assignment, severability, and other general provisions of the Jobber Terms of Service apply to these Bookkeeping Terms and are incorporated by reference.
