Promo Offer: Terms and Conditions

The above discount offer (the “Offer”) is available only for up to the first 12 months of the subscription and cannot be combined with any other offers. For clarity, if you subscribe for a month-to-month plan, the Offer will apply for the first 3 months; if you sign up for an annual plan, the Offer will apply for the first 12 months of the first year of your subscription. Offer valid for a limited time only. To receive the Offer, you must subscribe to one of the eligible Jobber plans listed before November 29, 2024 at 11:59PM PT (the “Offer Deadline”). If you sign up during a free 14 day trial period, you will not receive the remainder of the free trial and you will be automatically charged at the then-current fee for the service(s) you’ve selected beginning on the date of subscription less any applicable discounts, unless canceled in accordance with their terms, as applicable. If you add or remove services, your services fee will be adjusted accordingly.

Eligibility and Exclusions: If you are currently a Jobber customer, you are not eligible for the Offer. If you were previously a Jobber customer, you are not eligible for the Offer. Jobber customer means any individual or entity who pays or paid (as the case may be) for any Jobber products. To be eligible for the Offer, it is necessary, but not sufficient, that the following criteria are satisfied before the Offer Deadline: (a) you must subscribe to a  Jobber Core, Connect, or Grow plan; and (b) you must subscribe to the Marketing Suite. For clarity, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Offer, as it relates to your subscription for a Jobber Core, Connect, or Grow plan, will only apply for (x) the first three (3) months of your subscription if you subscribe for a month-to-month plan; or (y) for the first 12 months of the first year of your subscription if you subscribe for an annual plan. For clarity, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Offer, as it relates to your subscription to the Marketing Suite, will apply for up to the first three (3) months of your subscription, not for twelve (12) months. Please be advised that with respect to add-ons, this Offer is strictly limited to the Marketing Suite add-on, and any other add-ons, whether purchased individually or as part of any plan, are not included in, and are not eligible for, the Offer in any manner whatsoever.
