Jobber Marketing Suite Trial Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Program Terms”) apply to free trials and promotional pricing offers for Jobber Marketing Suite (the “Program”). These Program Terms are supplemental to the Jobber Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which bind all users of the Website, App, and Service. Capitalized terms not defined in these Program Terms have the meanings given in the Jobber Terms of Service. By opting-in to the Program, you agree to these Program Terms in addition to the Jobber Terms of Service. In the event of any direct conflict between these Program Terms and the Jobber Terms of Service, these Program Terms will prevail, but solely with respect to the subject matter covered herein.

PLEASE READ THESE PROGRAM TERMS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE PROGRAM TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT USE AND/OR ACCESS THE PROGRAM IN ANY CAPACITY WHATSOEVER. IF YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY OR ORGANIZATION, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ENTITY OR ORGANIZATION. BY USING THE PROGRAM OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY PROGRAM ACTIVITIES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE PROGRAM TERMS, INCLUDING ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS THERETO. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THE PROGRAM TERMS FROM TIME TO TIME TO ENSURE YOU ARE AWARE OF THE CURRENT VERSION. IF, AT ANY TIME, YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PROGRAM TERMS THEN IN EFFECT, YOU MUST NOTIFY JOBBER IMMEDIATELY. 

  1. Eligibility
    • The Program is only available to new subscribers of the Jobber Marketing Suite, as determined by Jobber, in its sole discretion.
    • Limit one free trial per Account Owner. Free trials are non-transferable.
    • Jobber may determine eligibility at its sole discretion and may limit duration or access to prevent Program abuse.
    • Certain trials or promotions may not be combined with other offers, as determined by Jobber, in its sole discretion.
    • Eligibility for participation in the Program is determined by Jobber in its sole discretion. Jobber reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate participation in the Program for any reason, including based on account standing, usage history, or other criteria established by Jobber, in its sole discretion.
  2. Billing and Recurring Charges
    • A valid payment method is required to participate in the Program.
    • By providing payment details, you authorize Jobber to charge your payment method at the end of the free trial period unless canceled.
    • Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically continue and you will be charged the applicable fees (plus taxes) on a recurring basis until canceled.
    • Cancel anytime through Jobber account settings. No refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
    • Any data or configurations created during the free trial period may no longer be accessible once the free trial period ends, unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.
    • Prices are subject to change; Jobber reserves the right to adjust fees at any time, in accordance with the Jobber Terms of Service.
  3. Modification and Termination
    • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Jobber reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program and/or the Program Terms at any time. Any such changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
