Terms and Conditions – ACH Promotion

This promotional incentive offer (the “Promotion”) is available by invitation only and may be accepted solely during the period from February 25, 2026 through April 26, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Eligible service providers located in the United States who have been invited by Jobber and who meet the criteria set out herein may be eligible to receive a reimbursement of ACH processing fees, up to a maximum of $1,000 (USD) per service provider (the “Fee Concession Cap”), for ACH transactions processed through Jobber Payments for a thirty (30) day period beginning on the date the Promotion is accepted (the “Incentive Period”).
Reimbursements will be issued to the service provider’s bank account on file with Jobber Payments. Reimbursements may be issued in one or more payments, and timing may vary.
Eligible service providers must (i) be located in the United States, (ii) have received an invitation to participate in the Promotion via phone call or email, (iii) accept the Promotion during the Promotion Period, and (iv) have Jobber Payments enabled prior to processing ACH transactions or enable Jobber Payments in order to participate. Participation is non-transferable and limited to the invited service provider only. No retroactive reimbursement will be provided for ACH transaction fees incurred prior to acceptance of the Promotion.
Use of ACH and participation in the Promotion are subject to the Jobber Payments Terms of Service available at https://www.getjobber.com/payment-terms-of-service/. Service providers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and network rules, including the NACHA Operating Rules, when initiating and processing ACH transactions. ACH transactions that violate applicable rules or laws are not eligible for reimbursement.
Offer valid for a limited time only. By participating in this Promotion, service provider acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the Promotion. Jobber reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or revoke any reimbursement associated with the Promotion in the event that Jobber determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a service provider has not acted in good faith, has abused the Promotion, has engaged in fraudulent or improper activity, or has otherwise violated these terms.
Jobber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, including with respect to any individual service provider, subject to applicable law. The Promotion has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.
