Jobber currently supports the English language. You can choose between the Dollar ($), Euro (€), or British Pound (£), and you can set your own date and time formats to match your region.
There are no commitments or long-term contracts.
If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel anytime with no penalties. If you choose an annual plan, the full year’s subscription fee is billed upfront.

As your trial gets close to ending, we’ll remind you to enter your billing information to ensure uninterrupted service. You can add your billing information anytime under Billing Info in your account settings.
If your account expires before you’re able to get to it, no need to worry—nothing gets deleted. Just update your billing information in your account settings when you’re ready, and you can pick up right where you left off.
It’s easy to manage your billing details and subscription from your account settings. In the billing section, select Change Billing Info to update your preferences.
Yes. Jobber never stores your billing information locally. We use a third-party provider that is independently certified to handle sensitive personal information, including credit card and banking details. Your billing data is sent over an encrypted (SSL) connection, and all transactions happen directly through that provider. It’s the same level of security used in online banking.

Your Jobber data is backed up every day. The infrastructure Jobber runs on is fully redundant, with safeguards in place for both storage and processing. Your data is stored in a highly secure physical facility through Amazon Web Services. You can read more about AWS security here.
Yes. You can set permissions for each team member who has login access to your Jobber account. This lets you control what they can view, create, or modify, so they only see the information you choose to share.
