Terms and Conditions – Surcharging survey

Thank you for participating in Jobber’s Surcharging Survey (the “Survey”). By completing this Survey, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating.

Eligibility:

1. To be eligible to participate in the Survey and have a chance to receive a $25 USD Visa gift card, you must:
   1. Be a current customer of Jobber.
   2. Reside in the United States or Canada
   3. Have received a personal invitation to participate in the Survey via email. Participants are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or otherwise making the Survey link available to others.
   4. Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Gift Card – availability and format

1. As a token of appreciation, Jobber will provide a $25 USD Visa gift card to the first 25 eligible respondents who complete the Survey.
2. Limit of one Visa gift card per person.
3. The Visa gift card will be sent via email to the Survey participant’s email associated with their Jobber account. Only those participants who receive the Visa gift card will be contacted.
4. The Survey should be completed honestly and accurately. Any fraudulent or misleading responses may result in disqualification from receiving a Visa gift card.
5. The Visa gift card may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the Visa gift card provider, which you should review before use.

Limitation of Liability:

1. Jobber and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may occur during the Survey.
2. Jobber reserves the right to modify or terminate the Survey at any time without notice and for any reason.

By participating in the Survey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
