BlueRecruit
BlueRecruit is a direct hire software platform built for the skilled trades industry co-founded by Rich Camacho in 2019. BlueRecruit operates across all the US and Canada, and helps an average of 114,000 Job Seekers everyday build their careers with exceptional employers across North America.
BlueRecruit was born when Rich’s father-in-law tried hiring an autobody painter for his garage, but received countless resumes for HOUSE painters instead of skilled AUTO painters. Rich knew there had to be a better way, which is why BlueRecruit connects talent without resumes or job posts.
Judith Virag
Clean Club Calgary
Born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, Judith Virag immigrated to Calgary, Alberta in 1989. After 15 years in the corporate world, she returned to a profession that had always supported her and her family, cleaning.
In 2010, Judith started her own cleaning business with just two clients. Within a year, demand grew, and she began hiring, laying the foundation for what would become Clean Club Calgary. After nearly a decade of hands-on work, what she fondly refers to as her time “on the broom”, Judith officially incorporated Clean Club Calgary in 2019. The company has since grown steadily, reaching over 24 employees by 2026. Judith’s vision has always been to build a business that values people as much as performance. In 2025, she launched CleanIQ, a hands-on training center for residential cleaners, furthering her commitment to professional development and excellence in the industry.
