How Earth Love Cleaning Uses Jobber to Manage 50 Cleaners across 275+ Properties
Founder Savannah Revis didn’t start Earth Love Cleaning with investors, a business plan, or any idea it would turn into what it is today. She started it to survive. Ten years later, she runs a million-dollar residential and Airbnb cleaning company with 50 employees, 125+ recurring residential clients, and more than 150+ Airbnb properties, using Jobber to hold all of it together.

Building a multi-million dollar cleaning business from a single Facebook post
Ten years ago, Savannah Revis was working day and night restaurant shifts while raising her kids as a single mom.
I was a broke 25-year-old single mom waiting tables, working day shifts and night shifts just trying to survive. There were days I didn’t even know how I was going to pay for my kids’ school. We were going to the food bank. It was rough.
Looking for a way to make extra income, she posted on Facebook offering house-cleaning services. No business plan, nothing polished.
It started with a couple jobs, and those people told their friends. Then I had more work than I could handle by myself. That’s when it clicked for me—this isn’t just side money. This can be a million-dollar business if you actually build it right.
What started as a solo operation eventually grew into exactly that, a multi-million dollar residential and Airbnb cleaning company with 50 cleaners working across a wide service area.
Missed appointments, missed money, and a stressed version of herself
As the Earth Love Cleaning expanded, Savannah needed better systems to manage scheduling, payroll, and communication between the office and field crews.
I honestly missed a lot of stuff… Cleaners didn’t know where they were supposed to be. Checklists weren’t there. And my kids saw a lot less of me, and a lot more of a stressed version.
Savannah signed up for Jobber around ten years ago to bring more structure to the business, and the two have grown together since. She now runs the business from home while her kids get ready for school. Her mornings start with a check-in on Jobber, not a fire drill.
The software was so helpful because I had no idea what I was doing and had to get myself very organized.
Savannah also brought on an administrative manager, Tracy Schuldt, four years ago. Tracy now manages bookings, scheduling, and client communication entirely from home, using Jobber to coordinate it all.
Together, they manage 125+ recurring residential clients and 150+ Airbnb properties. “It’s still chaos every day. I’m still putting out fires all day long. The difference is now I actually have systems like Jobber to help me keep everything from completely falling apart,” said Savannah.
Turning quote requests into booked jobs
At the scale Earth Love Cleaning operates, chasing every open quote manually isn’t an option.
The team also uses Jobber to do quoting on-site during residential visits, with customized line items set up for Earth Love Cleaning’s specific services.
At a property, we use Jobber to do our quoting. We’ve got line items and all different customization features set up for our specific business, which gives us a quicker time frame to get that quote out to the client. We also book clients a lot faster.
Jobber also helps handle the follow-up automatically. This means when a potential client sends in a request, Jobber sends a message on the team’s behalf to keep the conversation moving, without Tracy or Savannah having to track each inquiry individually.
Jobber does make it a whole lot easier for us because it automatically sends them a message to say, ‘Hey, have you checked out this quote?’ as opposed to us having to personally send an email and keep track of everybody.
Scheduling recurring cleanings and Airbnb turnovers across 275+ properties
Managing 275+ properties means the schedule never sits still for long.
Every day, Tracy uses Jobber’s scheduling feature to:
- Coordinate crews
- Fill openings
- Handle last-minute cancellations
- Reassign jobs in real time
“We get cleanings added every single day, so I am just constantly on that page navigating, playing Tetris, moving cleans around to try to see if we can fit somebody else in,” Tracy said.
When cancellations happen, the team can respond directly through Jobber without chasing down email threads.
A client can very easily message us the day of if one of their kids are sick and they need to cancel 30 minutes before a job. It’s a feature we really love that made our life a whole lot easier.
The team also stores all property notes directly in Jobber, including:
- Gate codes
- Laundry instructions
- Client preferences
This way, cleaners have everything they need on arrival without calling the office.
Keeping crews on track with route optimization
Coordinating 50 cleaners across a large service area means routing matters as much as scheduling.
Earth Love Cleaning uses Jobber’s route optimization feature to reduce unnecessary drive time and keep crews from being sent further than needed.
We have a route optimization feature, and that helps us check out how far each job is from each other and where our cleaners even live and where they’re coming from. We can make sure we’re not sending them too far.
Having clean, logical routes also helps Tracy build tighter schedules and fill last-minute openings without creating new headaches for the team.
Using mobile time tracking to manage 50 hourly cleaners
Unlike businesses that pay per job, Earth Love Cleaning pays every cleaner by the hour. That makes accurate time tracking essential to payroll and profitability.
To keep payroll accurate, every cleaner uses the Jobber mobile app to clock in and out directly from the job site. If a cleaner doesn’t use Jobber to track their time, it affects their pay. That’s how central the system has become.
We use Jobber for our time clocks every day. Our cleaners clock in and out with the app, and that’s what we use for payroll because we pay hourly, not per job. If you’re not tracking labor, you’re not making money.
GPS tracking that keeps payroll honest
Time tracking only works if it’s accurate. With a field team spread across a large service area, accuracy requires more than an app.
Earth Love Cleaning uses Jobber’s GPS tracking to verify exactly where each cleaner is when they clock in and out.
The GPS tracking is also huge for us. There was a time where someone clocked in way before they got to the job site, and I wouldn’t have known that without Jobber, so it really helps keep everything accurate.
By combining mobile time tracking with GPS verification, Earth Love Cleaning can keep payroll hours accurate and verify where cleaners clock in and out as the business grows.
Tracking revenue and growth toward $3 million
With scheduling, time tracking, and client communication running through one system, Savannah and Tracy regularly review reporting dashboards to stay on track toward a major growth target—$3 million in annual revenue. “I’m doubling the business. Three million. That’s the goal,” said Savannah.
To stay on track, the team uses Jobber’s reporting tools to monitor:
- Revenue trends
- Labor costs
- Job volume
The data backs up the momentum. During one weekly check-in, Earth Love Cleaning was sitting at nearly $29,400, up 8% from the week before.
Savannah also uses Jobber’s client heat map to identify where demand is highest, so the team can focus marketing efforts in areas where they already have routes running, rather than guessing.
Our heat map really helps us know where we’re getting the most requests from and where we should put more resources and time in marketing.
More time for family, and for the clients who matter most
Before using Jobber’s cleaning software, running the business meant being consumed by it. Missed appointments, manual tracking, and constant admin left Savannah stretched thin, and it showed at home.
Now she can check in on her team, monitor the schedule, and respond to clients from anywhere, including the car on the way to drop her kids off at school.
That time freedom, as a mom, especially a single mom, it’s unheard of. And I’m just so grateful.
That flexibility also frees up time for the kind of client care that keeps people coming back. For new clients who spend over $300, Savannah hand-makes custom candles with Earth Love Cleaning’s logo and puts together a gift basket with branded organic sugar cookies. “It’s just that special touch so that they remember us. It also gives this really personal line where they feel like they’re connected to us,” said Savannah.
Building something past what felt possible
Today, Earth Love Cleaning continues to grow, and Savannah has something she didn’t have ten years ago: systems that hold everything together when life doesn’t slow down.
Little old me, did I know that back in 2016, 2017, I would sign up with Jobber and start growing something past my wildest dreams? Past what I could even believe was possible? I would never ever believe it was possible on my own.
